Chef'sChoice® Electric Slicer Blade Sharpener #498:
You can easily mount this professional quality sharpener onto the food carriage of most Chef'sChoice® electric food slicers. The Model 498 sharpener offers two stage sharpening using 100% diamond abrasives. The first stage diamond-coated disk sharpens the blade; the second stage hones and polishes the slicing blade edge. This sharpener is designed for Chef'sChoice® electric slicer models 620, 625, 630, 632, 640, and 645.

The following optional slicer blades are available for Chef'Choice® electric slicers.

A non-serrated, fine edge blade for ultra-thin slicing of specialty meats such as prosciutto is available for models 620, 625, 630, 640, 645, and 650. (These models come equipped with a serrated blade.)

A serrated blade is available for models 662, 667, and 668. (These models come equipped with a non-serrated blade.)
